EnJeu - Childhood & Youth is an inter-municipal organization comprising 11 municipalities in the region of Rolle, coordinating, supervising, and developing activities related to children's day, in the school, preschool, and extracurricular fields. The Bellefontaine Childcare Center in Mont-sur-Rolle welcomes around fifty children aged 3 months to 5 years, living in the municipalities of Rolle and nearby (AJERE Network), including 44 children in preschool and 12 children in after-school care (UAPE), and is looking for a TERTIAIRECDI at 60% with the possibility of advancement - nursery group (4-18 months). Mission:- Ensure the reception of children in the nursery group in accordance with the cantonal framework, directives for reception, and the mission of the institution.- Be a bearer of pedagogical reflection and implement measures that ensure quality care for all welcomed children.- Maintain a professional relationship with each family with openness and respect.- Be responsible for the pedagogical project.- Ensure compliance with standards and the proper functioning of the institution.- Participate in conferences.Profile:- ES, HES in childhood or equivalent title.- Autonomous, dynamic, curious, with a flexible mindset.- Comfortable and sense of community: you know how to create bonds, manage group dynamics, and promote inclusion.We offer:- A permanent position (CDI), inscribed in a logic of stability and continuity.- A demanding and stimulating professional work environment based on respect and trust.- The opportunity to work within a team on structuring projects for the future of the region.- Conditions: - 40 hours/week at 100% - 5 weeks of vacation - Paid time off between Christmas and New Year and Ascension - LPP: 40% employee/60% employerStart date: May 1st or to be agreed upon.
