This is an opportunity to work on complex, varied and often high‑profile matters, advising on brand strategy, enforcement, disputes, and commercial IP issues. You’ll take on meaningful responsibility from the outset, with regular client contact and the autonomy to manage matters while still having access to strong partner support. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAdvising clients on a wide range of brand protection and enforcement issues. /li liManaging trade mark disputes, including oppositions, cancellations, infringement actions, and settlement negotiations. /li liDrafting and negotiating IP‑related commercial agreements (assignments, licences, coexistence agreements, undertakings, cease desist correspondence). /li liAdvising on brand strategy, risk, and broader commercial considerations. /li liWorking closely with clients to develop long‑term brand protection and enforcement strategies across multiple jurisdictions. /li liSupporting litigation matters involving trade mark or broader soft IP issues. /li liCoordinating with international counsel on cross‑border brand enforcement and advisory work. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liQualified Solicitor – junior to mid level /li liExperience handling contentious trade mark matters and related advisory work. /li liAbility to manage client relationships with increasing independence. /li liStrong drafting skills and the ability to navigate complex commercial IP issues. /li liA pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach and strong communication skills. /li /ul pPlease mention IP Careers when applying to G2 Legal. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
