pLocation: Viby J, DK /ppAre you a gifted trade marketing professional, who can set the direction and execute the Milk Based Beverages (MBB) ambition in EMEA? Then you could be the person we are looking for as Beverage Execution Manager MBB. /ppMBB is a Business Unit within Marketing Innovation. The MBB team is changing the way Arla innovates, positions and distributes its products – building a “beverage mindset” to break out of the dairy aisle to become beverage specialists. /ppArla Foods is looking for an entrepreneurial and independent Beverage Execution Manager who strategizes locally and excels in the great ambitions for the iconic brand Starbucks RTD (Ready-To-Drink) business in EMEA and other MBB brands. We already today invest significantly in coolers across EMEA, but you need to take this to another level with your trade marketing experience. /ppbHow you will make an impact /bbr/ You will join a dedicated group of sales and marketing professionals globally and will belong to our bigger Global MBB Team in Arhus, Denmark, but will operate daily with our EMEA markets. /ppYou will report to the MBB Commercial Director International and be responsible for our Pan-EMEA cooler program across brands and set the direction on how we should navigate and optimize our channels towards customers and consumers. You will establish and execute the EMEA cooler program based on local/global channel category insight on consumers, shoppers, customers, channels, and competitors and drive the annual cooler EMEA business plans with direct PL impact within MBB. /ppYou will work with 58 different markets, but will selectively need to prioritize your time and effort to generate impact and deliver the overall EMEA cooler strategy across brands. The diversity of brands and markets can grow over time as we continue to launch Starbucks and Milka RTD into new markets. You should see EMEA with all its differences as a huge benefit and joy when you work across markets with many different types of businesses. The job requires frequent travel activity, and you can expect approximately 30-40 travel days yearly. /ppIn brief, your job spans from commercial channel strategies, cooler programs, budget management, channel insights, local strategy proposals, and reporting. /ppbWhat will make you successful /bbr/ You like data, insights, and being “hands-on” in order to execute and optimize the business. You know that these are key enablers to drive cooler optimization and channel performance in general within beverage. Ideally, you have trade marketing experience from other high impulse brands/categories. /ppYou know the details of the entire marketing process and have hands-on sales experience either in the roles of trade marketing, sales, or marketing. On top of that, you have at least 3-4 years’ experience with a global FMCG organization where you have sharpened your business talent. /ppThis background has given you the skills to bring our products to market and drive well-known consumer brands to further success. You excel in the relationship-building discipline and thrive in the role as initiator and mastermind behind your marketing and sales activities. Moreover, you have an open and positive mindset, a communicative behavior, and proficiency in written and spoken English.
