pullibHybrid / London (2 days in office) /b /lilib£35,000 – £40,000 DOE /b /li /ul pWe are working with an established, design‑led homewares brand that supplies their stylish contemporary ranges to thousands of leading retailers worldwide. They are looking for a bTrade Sales Executive /bwith fluent French (conversational German is a bonus, but not essential!) to join their growing team. /p pReporting to the International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales of their French and German regions, maintaining strong relationships with existing retail buyers, while actively seeking out new business opportunities and areas for growth. You will have proven wholesale B2B account management experience within the consumer products industry and bring a genuine passion for product and retail. /p pbKey duties as Trade Sales Executive will include: /b /p ulliNurturing and growing international customers, developing strong relationships across the customer base, and maximising sales opportunities across all categories. /liliFollowing up on all sales leads accurately, representing the brand and delivering excellent customer service. /liliLiaising with potential and existing customers, presenting the range and building brand awareness, working with buyers on range selection to maximise sales. /liliRepresenting the company at international trade shows and events. /liliActively seeking out new customers, markets and territories, converting these into long‑term, profitable partners. /liliCalculating and negotiating customer pricing, ensuring terms and costs to deliver are fully understood and accurately captured in cost price. /liliCompiling sales and profit forecasts with the account managers and ensuring these are maintained and communicated effectively. /liliRegular reporting on sales data to the International Sales Manager. /liliMonitoring competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for category expansion or product development. /liliCollaborating closely with marketing, product and logistics teams to ensure smooth order flow and best‑in‑class customer experience. /li /ul pbSkills experience needed: /b /p ulli2+ years’ experience within international sales for a consumer products company – homewares, stationery or gifting preferred but not essential. /liliFluent French; conversational German highly beneficial. /liliAn excellent relationship builder who can demonstrate delivering solid revenue growth. /liliConfident presenting to buyers and senior stakeholders. /liliExperience with industry trade shows would be an advantage. /liliStrong analytical skills, able to interpret sales data and spot trends. /liliFirst‑class communication, negotiation and presentation skills. /liliTenacious, commercially minded and determined to succeed. /liliHighly organised with excellent time‑management skills and attention to detail. /liliA personable team player with a positive, flexible approach. /liliProficient in CRM and Microsoft Office; Excel skills particularly valuable. /li /ul h3Diversity Inclusion /h3 pILMJ is committed to building an inclusive team.
