The Fetch Operations Team is the driving force of our strategy to bring apartment residents secure and convenient package delivery. We are looking for a logistics leader with a passion for process, organizational excellence, and the ability to lead a team in providing superior customer experiences. /p pAs a leader responsible for overseeing the package fulfillment process, you will lead a team of operation associates to ensure top-tier delivery service for the residents in your city. Additional duties include coaching and mentoring the operations team and on-boarding, training, and scheduling independent contract drivers. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liManaging the full scope of the fulfillment process at the warehouse /li liLeading a team of Operations Associates tackling daily fulfillment /li liCoordinating operations staff schedule /li liTrain, assess, and improve daily performance of Operations Associates /li liManaging independent contractor relations including on-boarding, training, and scheduling /li liTriaging and dispatching delivery drivers into efficient delivery routes /li liProblem solving conflicts and as they arise and tackling ad-hoc tasks /li liWorking with the Customer Service team to answer customer inquiries via call, text or email /li liWorking closely with the Area Warehouse Operations Managers to provide constant improvements to existing processes and the Fetch service /li liOrganizing and maintaining package inventory using the Fetch platform /li liManaging maintenance of Fetch delivery vehicles /liliCoordinating rush deliveries and special requests to the meet the needs of Fetch residents /li liProviding the Fetch Experience /li /ul h3What You'll Need /h3 ul liThe will and drive to achieve, maintain and increase high standards /li li3+ years of experience in a leadership position /li liProficient in basic computer usage /li liClear and concise with electronic and verbal communication /liliHigh-level of commitment towards prioritized decision making /li liAbility to thrive under pressure /li liMulti-tasking skills /li liPassionate about serving others /li liComfortable in a fast-paced environment /li liMust be able to handle 50+ pounds /li liMust have a valid driver license with a clean driving record /li /ul p$21.10 - $21.10 an hour /p p#INDLP1 /p h3What We'll Deliver On /h3 ul liCompetitive pay rates /li liMedical /li liDental /li liVision insurance /li li401(k) /li liADD/STD/LTD /li liPaid time off /li liWe also pay weekly. /li /ul pFetch is an equal opportunity employer, all applicants will be considered without discrimination on the basis of race, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, disabilities, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, veteran status or any other characteristics protected by law. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
